Woman's classes

Boot Camp Classes 

In our woman's classes we work on the fundamentals of fitness but also focus our classes towards developing self defense. Our woman's boxing classes include drills, boxing, footwork, muscle development and strength development. We make sure to push you and get you ready for the bikini you've been wanting to wear this summer!!!
